Make up time

Been talking with another MT/ME about NJA and makeup time. She was told/asked by her supervisor to change shifts. She brought up the fact that work was being shipped to India and was told that was not the case that she just needed a different schedule. How is that going to help? She is on day shift now. People on second and third are running out of work. Confused how changing work schedule will change NJA. Can't wait to hear what her man ...
