At least you are now being paid minimum wage. When I worked here, they sent out E-mails threatening "You do not want MUP (make-up pay)! " If you have not met your line requirements, corrective action will be taken.....
For what it's worth, you guys achieved this. You refused to accept not even making minimum wage. You kept track of times when you ran out of work. You submitted your webclock hours with information that reflected when you were out of work. You refused to "adjust" your webclock hours as "requested" by your TSM (this is what we used to have to do when I worked here, and yes, they asked us to lie about our hours). You decided that if you got the word out about unemployment, lack of work, your other coworkers might benefit. When they told you to get on and work outside your shift (even though you were there for your shift, but there wasn't any work), you said no.
This may not seem like much to you, but it is progress. Separate from the fact that they may cut your pay, and of course that would be irreprehensible, since it's the bottom of the barrel now, you did make changes. They didn't decide one day to be human. You forced them to be.
