I quit looking at Fiesa the second week in June, quit answering emails, went part time 2 weeks ago and I'm still working. Go figure.

You don't necessarily have to be fired. You do need to have all your "ducks in a row." By this, I mean documentation and more documentation. Misrepresentation by the recruiter comes to mind, among so many other horrible things that go on at Nuance. This is just my opinion, of course.

Honestly, there is life and work outside of Nuance. FIESA is a crock of S#IT. You are "set-up to fail". Run, run, as fast as you can, in the other direction.

I've never been able to access it because I get the message "Internet Explorer has to close" every time I put in my ID and password. Like other MTs, I feel like checking back on FIESA every day would just end up upsetting me anyway, and with a 99% quality score already, why rock the self-confidence boat? I could probably outdo the QA people anyway...I don't need way-less-experienced MTs critiquing me--it just pisses me off. Yes, I know, constructive criticism is a good thing; I just don't have the open mind or the time for it for it when I'm being paid less than minimum wage for the transcription itself.

I quit looking a while ago too. When they pay me for the time it takes I will go in there. Just too time consuming to check and try to challenge only to have it end up the same anyway.

I have looked at times out of curiosity at times and it only makes me angry at the nit picking that is not relevant to the actual report. I have had 2 major errors since Fiesa was started that I have been e-mailed for and never heard anything further so I guess my quality is acceptable. I want to know who made up the name, Fiesa? Why don't they just call the program what it is - QA/QC reports. Fiesa? Really?

I am so serious. Everyone needs to quit transcribing for a while. We need to get this industry back to where we could actually make a decent living. I'm juggling 2 MTSOs as an IC. I cannot sustain this for very long, the plan always was to stick with the better, more stable one and phase out the other one. Then at the beginning of this month I was switched to a new BOB, was audited after 8 days on the account (98.1%) and immediately put on 100% QA which means I would be working for less than minimum wage. Anyone know the process of how to quit Nuance....if we have to give 2-week notice? My acceptance letter says "entitled to terminate employment at any time." Audit feedback T'ing me off, sorry. I fail to see how adding or leaving out "a" and "the" should be anywhere near a major category, downgrade or not.
