How much do they post audit and how chosen - ss

I thought it was supposed to be like a 2% representation of your total line count. How do they figure this, is it computer determined or random by QA staff? Do they have some program that generates and spits out which ones to be picked? Do the QA staff have the option of picking whatever they want to? I know there has to be some QA/QC people on here who might know.

it's a jenky system.. would be much more fair if it just ran people in order and randomly selected 3-4 jobs from each person per week or whatever.

[ In Reply To ..]they post-audit very little. They do the 2-3% a week or whatever they said it'd be. It has been consistent and the ones I get post-audited have always been 100%. I had one checked and it had something like a the where an an should have been or something like that and the person didn't take any points off. Guess its who you get. But I have not had any problems so far at all and do not feel they keep auditing until they find something wrong. I think that is a bit wrong. Not sure why people keep saying that. I mean if we make a mistake its just that a mistake and we need to own it. JMO tho.
They keep picking until they find a report you made a lot of mistakes on - nm

Supposedly, I have gone from being a high producing, high quality transcriptionist to an abject failure in the span of 1 week. Of course I realize I am human and WILL make mistakes, but I have a very hard time believing that the ONE "random" report they audit for the pay week is the one I did the worst on. They are obviously auditing until they find a "winner" that they can fail. If it looks like a duck, and it walks like a duck, and it quacks like a duck......well, then.

I was originally on the account before the "takeover," so I was one of the few (very few) who understood what he was saying. Well, all 8 reports ended up in post-audit. I called my TL immediately. She was such a great lady, doesn't work there anymore... She told me that "they" (whoever that is) tried to convince her that since I could understand the mush mouth I should be given every single job of his. She refused. She told me that was like giving more work to someone because they come in early every day and not fair. I agreed. The thing is... I had already decided this company was low-down disgusting and was trying to get out, but this gave me the incentive I needed.
They lie. They cheat. They are the lowest of the low.

[ In Reply To ..]This week, they QA'd 3 reports on me; the first 2 were 100%, the 3rd was only about 9 lines (a cutoff dictation) and there was a minor error that brought it down below 99%, and nothing has been audited since. That has been the pattern since this debacle started Dec. 6th. They audit until they bring you down out of the "grid" then they don't audit another thing all week. They also seem to pick the worst dictators, shortest reports...so I believe they are cherry picking the reports to audit to ensure you don't get a high score.

I think it is amazing how they can QA 20 reports and 17 of them are over 99% and are quality review so it means nothing towards qualifying for anything but the 3 that are post audit they have managed to find errors bringing my score down to where I can't qualify for anything. Last week, I had a great QA score. I only had a couple of reports sent to QC - none of which were problematic. However, today, I had a horrible ESL report with multiple blanks. I had to send it to QC. They not only filled in the blanks, but graded me on it -- a whopping 96.2. UGH! Is that going to be counted among my post audit score for my pay rate?? ...

Boatload of crap in FIESA. My accuracy is so low it is pathetic. BUT no post audit ones except one which was 100% accuracy. Ironic. I guess I should be glad but it still bothers me that some of this stuff is stupid and I am getting marked off for pending a report because of the very thing they are marking me off for.
