Thankful no post audit "at least yet" - new but old

Boatload of crap in FIESA. My accuracy is so low it is pathetic. BUT no post audit ones except one which was 100% accuracy. Ironic. I guess I should be glad but it still bothers me that some of this stuff is stupid and I am getting marked off for pending a report because of the very thing they are marking me off for. I didn't think you got counted against if you pended it and that was the reason you pended it!!! They are marking me off for major error and then telling me what I should have done. THAT IS WHY I PENDED IT AND TOLD THEM I WAS UNSURE HOW TO MARK THIS REPORT!!! So stupid. So depressing. Feel like any day they are going to call and get rid of me and even though it is a crap job, I desperately need it for the time being. I am applying like crazy all over but so far nothing. Always had such high accuracy and high LPH. My LPH is still good so they can't complain about my production.

I had this kind of harassment for weeks and weeks where I got low scores on QA constant MAJOR ERRORS as they call it - and finally the worst thing is my team leader placed me on nonDSP for 3 MONTHS!
YES, 3 MONTHS. I came back every single time the QA had made a mistake and dinged me for something that WAS NOT WRONG. I think she thought I would quit - BUT I DID NOT --I kept this up and it was very exhausting and it got them nowhere. I am still there, I did not die, I just was persistent and undaunted. I believe we should definitely read all the FIESA stuff though; that way if you sign off the reports by placing your initials as they want, you ARE COMPLYING. If you want to keep this job at Nuance, you have to get a stiff upper lip and don't let them know that all this stuff they do to intimidate you will make you quit. This is truly a case of SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST.

Come here and vent your frustrations. Dispute EVERY single correction you find ridiculous and/or erroneous (whether it be by QC review or QA post-audit). It DOES NOT matter that QC review is not counted in your overall score, it is the principle of it!

I know, I know, you're going to scroll down this page and find a very frustrated ranting post by me about 2 post-audit corrections made to my reports that just about sent me over the edge they made me so dang mad...BUT, I felt a whole lot better after getting it off my chest AND I disputed both of them. My TSM is very understanding, and I sent them both for review.

I have disputed QC review corrections (even though they're not counted in my post-audit scores) that I knew were incorrect, and yes I have been successful in having some of them reversed. I did this BECAUSE one of them in particular was sent in on the WRONG WORK TYPE by the QC reviewer. The reviewer CHANGED my report to the wrong work type, and the customer of course complained, which I KNEW was going to happen when I saw the "correction" and mark off. It was reversed after I disputed it, AND my TSM notified the client that the report had been sent in on the incorrect work type AFTER the MLS had transcribed/edited it on the correct one. She specifically told me to make sure I disputed things like this BECAUSE QC needed to know that they were doing it incorrectly and she WANTED me to be diligent about sending in these kinds of things.

That score doesn't mean a dang thing! YOU know what your quality of work has always been, and YOU know that the score that is reflected in FIESA is NOT a true representation of your excellence and expertise. Keep on reminding yourself of that and keep on disputing the corrections you find that are erroneous. Yes, it takes a little time, BUT it is worth it in my book for no other reason than to let someone higher up know that QA and QC BOTH make mistakes...just like us lowly MLS do, and someone needs to be correcting THEM as well.

You are an excellent MLS! You are valued! You have a FANTASTIC work ethic! You are EXPERIENCED! These are the things that you NEED to be focused on... not on those stupid scores that mean absolutely nothing when it comes right down to it.

I hope that I have encouraged you in some small way. Just keep fighting the good fight and you remember what a valuable, experienced, and intelligent person you are!! I'm reminded of a quote from the movie, "The Help" where the maid tells the little girl, "You is kind. You is smart. You is important." :)

Jan 2, which is from last pay period. I failed at 97 something percent. I had 2 other reports from last pay period that were 100%. So of course (luckily) the audit they did today won't count for that week--for one thing I already approved my pay statement and it did show that I had 100% QA. I have noticed that sometimes my post audits in FIESA will have a blank added in there by QA for something that they feel is "unclear." They will take out whatever I have typed and blank it. I have not received error points for any of these things (so far). I guess it's just something that they couldn't make out as well as I could? I think it is amazing how they can QA 20 reports and 17 of them are over 99% and are quality review so it means nothing towards qualifying for anything but the 3 that are post audit they have managed to find errors bringing my score down to where I can't qualify for anything.
