It is possible that this person is a particular favorite of management and so enjoys the working experience. My experience is that it seems like they are changing what I typed, not sure why they would except possibly to justify the low pay.

You are correct. They are changing what you typed. Not sure who "they" are, but I left a blank in a report--not because I couldn't hear it, but it was a nonexistent/unverifiable drug and recd it back as a FIESA critical error as whoever QA'd it went ahead and put it in there anyway---and I got nailed for it. Also got nailed for doing a "wrong account" and supposedly put in a date that was 7 days in the future--I know it wasn't me as this particular date was not "available" for me to choose at the time I typed it. They're getting shadier and shadier. Love how you can't view session statistics anymore to check your progress on LPH too. Duh Nuance--don't need you for that either. I have my own program and can see that you are counting 10% less than character and spaces (no I'm not including headers). Really--pretty convenient to go with your lovely Christmas announcement you're going to make. I hope you choke on your dinner.

I KNEW IT!! The lines just didn't seem to be coming out right, and I can't get an answer as to how they count their lines (obviously not using the Word calculations) I have a part time job, and I make twice as much money in half the time, and it is all straight typing, no VR. I would ditch Nuance in a minute for this other company, if they offered benefits. Looking into Obamacare, I think it would be worth it to go full time.

so posting this here. I just can't seem to get any speed on VR and the drafts coming through are really not that bad. I can easily straight type 150-175 LPH, but I struggle with VR so much. I just got hired at this company and we are only required to get 200 LPH, which is reasonable. Why is it such a struggle for me? I have tried and tried to figure it out. My eye cannot seem to follow with voice and I end up going over and over words. Have tried magnifying the screen to about 14 ...
