I recognize the name used - it is by someone in upper management. At least she is using her real name - maybe she had second thoughts of using Hawkeye - LOL.

I cannot name specific people on here - but it was definitely from upper management because I recognized the first name from correspondence I had with her when employed there, and when she posted she only used her first name. It basically said it has been brought to her attention that some have received damaged and/or postal due on their gifts and they just wanted to make sure everyone got an appropriate gift for the week. She wanted anyone who had experienced such to contact her via email ASAP and she would straighten it out for you - haha. Hope what I repeated is not against posting guidelines. I guess you will have to contact HR if you are interested.

The person you are referring to is one of the best in the company. She is always up front and - Transcender

honest in her dealings and will help anyone she can. She did send out an e-mail to everyone. Thank heaven her post was removed so she does not get the routine slams and low class blows that are usually dealt out on this board.

else, but this person just happens to be one of the very few good guys in the company. Not sure how she has survived, but I suspect she has had her share of beatings from up above, too. She probably caught all sorts of nastygrams for the mistakes that happened although I am sure it was not her fault, and secondly for admitting that there had been a problem since upper management of transcend is perfect and never makes a mistake.

Do not know if she is hawkeyes, but at least she did use her real name on her post. I will give credit where credit is due, just as Sue used her real name on this thread - 2 thumbs up. What dealings I did have with the orginal poster on the main board was basically limited, but when I had to go out on FMLA she was VERY understanding and sent me well wishes. I noticed on another thread here it was mentioned "he" sent out a global email when, in fact, it was a "she."

Did anyone complain directly to the company or did they only learn that people were unhappy because they came here? Are they really unable to connect with the employees? They sure don't know what's going on with the teams that they directly manage if that is the case. Shouldn't you know your team?

You can call every number in the directory and never get anyone who answers a phone.  E-mails are not answered or are answered by a short curt, almost very nasty reply.   Is Transcend ashamed of what they are doing to their employees? They should be if they aren't.  Management has definitely turned the page and have become as rude as possible toward everyone.  No wonder all my teammates have taken second jobs and are just waiting to learn the accounts for ...

If you complain about this editing stuff you get told just be glad you have a mess or you would not have a job.  I had to retype a 15 minute editing job because the editor decided it was doing an exam for an obstetrics patient and it should have been for a neurosurgery patient.  How many times have you found a uterus in the brain?  I would not advise anyone to apply for their jobs.  You will just get treated like dirt and they do not care if you make any money or not.  ...
