Accentus waiting for link for new Nuance changes - Anon

I was just wondering if there are any other Accentus employees who are on pins and needles waiting to hear about our benefits/new payroll changes?  First we are told we will hear something last week, then oops, sorry, an e-mail will be sent out with a LINK so we can listen to a RECORDING (are they afraid to speak to us and hear what we think??) and then another e-mail stating sorry, it is not ready yet, but you will still have plenty of time to enroll for your healthcare.  Time to desert a sinking ship I think?

1. Yes, they don't speak to you unless they want to criticize, demean, condescend to you, scold you.
2. No need to be concerned about enrolling in insurance, it is worthless.

I've been waiting on pins and needles for the beginning of the year... I'd heard nothing at all about a link or a recording...

I really, really hate not knowing how things might change for us here on the clinic side...

The recording for benefits was targeted to acute care pay rates so that may be why you haven't heard yet. Our new pay will be effective 12/21 BUT they provide make up pay if you are negatively impacted for up to 6 months, but of course after that you are on your own. Haven't listened to the benefits one yet :(

I'm a former Transcender and now I might just be a former Probity employee. I'm trying not to let all of this upset me too much. I can actually handle the pay cut, it's the Webclock that gets me. I've already let them know I'm not going to play the FIESA game and I actually relish the thought of defying them! They're hurting right now at Probity, people are leaving left and right and work is piling up. They're calling people to ask them to reconsider and not leave. Wawa, should have thought about that before you sold your company out to the worst! And I should knock my brains out (and my hands) trying to help them get things together? Only when it benefits me, 1 hour a day extra, that's all I will give, if at all. Sorry for rambling, it's just so discouraging.

And they did the same thing to us. I don't remember us having a live conference call regarding payroll changes and if we did, I wasn't able to attend for some reason, but we did get a link to a recording, albeit RIGHT before payroll/pay changes were made. As far as the health insurance, I only have the dental because I can't afford the actual hospitalization. I can't afford the deductible let alone afford to pay the monthly premium for insurance that I'll NEVER use because I can't afford the deductible.

Once the pay changes hit us, then (for some of us) our platform was "upgraded", which is a joke because the "upgrade" is 1000 times worse than the original platform we were in. It doesn't have some of the capabilities our previous platform had (like being able to take out those extra long pauses by certain dictators in order to speed things up), making it even harder to make a decent wage at this.

With my previous platform, I had just begun to exceed my speed expectations (my own goal) and was zipping through reports with relevant ease AFTER the program had been "trained" (or whatever the heck they call it) and the drafts were much better than they had been in the beginning. Then BAM! Nuance changes the platform, and we start all over basically and the drafts are just a mess. The platform change for me took place back in April, and there are still numerous problems/glitches that need to be fixed. Some of these "glitches" we have been told were scheduled for a fix more than 4 months ago, and they are still not fixed.

My advice... Start looking for other work. When I came over from Transcend, I had decided that I would give this a fair shot. I would try my best to find the positive and make it work, BUT after months and months of last-minute emails about mandatory conference calls (some sent just hours prior to the call) and platform upgrades, and FIESA (the gateway to hell online), I've decided that there is no positive left to find in any of this. Everything they do is last minute and we are expected to give notice at least 2 weeks in advance for PTO requests (unless emergency), expected to be online ON TIME for our shift and work our scheduled times, expected to check FIESA for quality scores and review "errors" on OUR OWN TIME, and the list goes on...

I can't seem to find anything positive anymore, so I'm working on an escape plan to happen within the next 6 to 8 weeks (God willing). I really really feel for you because a LOT of us have "been there done that" already.

Probity got the same e-mail - Here We Go!

We got the same e-mail at Probity. I listened to the 1-1/2 hours of recorded benefits and such. We were then given a followup memo with instructions on how to do the Work Force Now and ADP is not compatible with anything above IE8. I'm using IE11 and we are unable to use Firefox or Google Chrome right now....so I'm currently doing the back and forth between Probity and Nuance about what to do next. UGH!!!! Anybody else have this issue?

Have received info on training, which instructs to not complete until you have created a password and have access to Webclock. Prior email message said that info should have gone out yesterday. I have not received anything. I notified NTS payroll this morning by email (as instructed) that I did not receive password/access information and have not heard back from them. In case you haven't seen it on the other boards, just announced this morning. That is unfair. They should just advertise under Nuance now.  People might jump to the job thinking it is another company, and come to find out it is Nuance.  This is false advertising.
