What the heck does this mean?
For each individual initiative, the teams have developed a detailed dashboard with milestones and risks and set specific deliverables to realize the benefits as soon as possible.
And what does this mean?
The teams are very excited to begin these initiatives and in order to reflect the cross-functional effort, have renamed the initiative, The "Boost" Initiative.
Can we MTs get excited and reflect cross-functional efforts and rename ASR, The "Get Rich Quick" Initiative for all MTSOs?

All I know is, they like to dish out lots of little "titles" for their projects, but what the heck they really mean is totally beyond me. Just a bunch of crap to make us think they're doing something.

Translation: We have wasted a bunch of time detailing goals and risks to get each item on our "wish list" done ASAP so we can dream up a new list.

Translation: In order to ramp up the motivation, we gave this list a snazzier name. (Unsure what the original initiative was called or what its purpose was).

[ In Reply To ..]Yes, of course the teams are excited. They probably make a decent salary and are finding ways for us to make less. Nowhere did they mention an increase for us, just increased productivity. I cannot get excited about this. This is just jibberish.

We're probably in for a good one with that -- guess they'll take the MModal logo and make a branding iron out of it and we're all going to have to bend over and get a virtual brand on our behinds with our own personal number on it - oh, wait haven't we gotten enough stuck up our wahoos already!!

Could someone give me English Version of "what the heck" that e-mail means? Every time I try to read an e-mail form MQ, the words boggle all over my brain! that we cannot send reports with more than 3 blanks through on TWO of the accounts I work on. Right now, I have one of the worst dictators on one of those accounts. She is ESL and she whispers. Slightly paranoid about being audited now since I'm reporting NJA instead of working 24/7. It's amazing just how many reminder emails we get and how many minute details for each account. I'm forwarding to my email to have just in case I'm ever managed out and need to defend myself along with the good and sometimes bad audits I've had. I'm human. Don't make huge amount of errors, but definitely not perfect... ...

Just recently our QC sent out an email to an MT in our group for a HIPAA error and blind copied all the MT/MME in the BOB. This poor MT would never have known unless others came forward and reported that they got this email in error. Make sure that if you get an email it is only coming to you. I really hope she files a complaint with HR for shaming her in front of her peers. Don't look, don't share apparently does not apply to anyone other than MT/MME. ...
