Who writes these CPs - So sick of this

When you went to Pods, and I understand the reasoning, I don't like it but I understand it. Then you need to re-write the CPs from the perspective of a person that never thouched the account before, especially the ADT portion. I have ZERO clue what the heck they are talking about on most of them.

be a big help. You would know exactly where to look to find the format for allergies, meds, etc etc. And enlarge the damn font, while you're at it!!!

Or better yet, just stick to MM's Standards and Guidelines - sm

and the BOS, basic rules for everyone. If anything strange has to be done, let the tech department program it to be changed on the back end before upload. We don't make enough to read pages and pages of idiotic pointless instructions anymore. If the clients have all kinds of demands, then maybe they should pay extra for them & we should make extra for the trouble as well.

And how about actually putting reports in the - Repository

Half my accounts have nothing in there, the CPs are mid boggling at best, and the dictators could not speak any faster if they were on crack cocaine in a jet plane hitting the speed of sound. I hate this job more and more every day.

What the heck does this mean? For each individual initiative, the teams have developed a detailed dashboard with milestones and risks and set specific deliverables to realize the benefits as soon as possible.
