Updated Teamwork and proficiency emails - anon

I just got 2 emails, one describing the new improved Schedule Source, and the second saying they will be sending us e-mails evaluating our proficiency in ASR reports and giving us recommendations for improvement. Anyone want to bet they think these proficiency tips are going to lead to increased production and an excuse for the next big pay cut?

It seems like I produce more but yet my paycheck does not reflect any increase in production. Something does not seem right.

There is something wrong with working in my underware. I guess I am old. Sometimes I do not wear any, but it just feels wrong to just wear underware and not outer clothing. I guess I am a little crazy. And sometimes I don't comb my hair and scare myself when I look in the mirror. This is one of the benefits from working from home.

NOTHING from MQ comes to my personal email, so I don't like that at all.

I haven't read it yet because I'm not yet ready for that big of a dose of BS this morning.

Mine came to my personal e-mail too - I'm pretty sure in the 10 years I have worked for MQ, this is the first time that has happened. Kind of freaky.

I got one by personal e-mail, too. I do send things to my CCM, because sometimes my e-mail from MQCentral does not go through and I know it goes through with personal e-mail.

They have to pay for the upgrade to DocQscribe somehow and if that means fabricating "proficiency" results then be ready.

or just generally bogs down and makes us lose time as well?

Today, I have had major issues for some reason. The audio keeps locking up on me. It will just keep going and going and going, even if I take my foot off the pedal. I can't get it to stop playing and am at the mercy of it until it decides to stop. Then I have to back-track and re-listen to everything because during that time I have no cursor control and cannot edit anything.

I'm sure it won't take into account ASR's own shortcomings!

I like using the yellow highlighter, but there was a glitch - that I thought was fixed. Apparently not. I would get zapped to the top of the page every time I put my foot on the pedal. Had to turn it off again.

Certain key strokes will send the yellow cursor straight to the bottom of the page & stay there. Tech support answer is to turn yellow highlight off. Gee thanks.

mousing per line and fixing per line we actually have to do. If they can actually tell me something constructive that works, I'll gladly take it. Although, this ASR tracking may be some proof for us as to how much their ASR stinks.

I just responded in a very long e-mail to this from "marketing." What a joke. I may be gone soon, just based on my honesty. I asked them to quit treating us like idiots. Sure I am happy to take any help in improving my productivity, and will hear what they have to say.

But, first improve the product. Spend time and money on that.

Again I ask, WHO DOES ASR PROFIT? NOT US. NOT THE DICTATORS. NOT THE PATIENT. This is the most unfair thing I have been up against in my life.

Signing up for classes to be qualified to do ANYTHING else but this. I know all jobs have drawbacks, but it is criminal what this company has done, and they are taking the whole industry down with them.

Bah Humbug! No Christmas for me and my family this year, AGAIN.

Got a split report. Never get them. Had forgotten what I learned in the 6.1 update so had to find it on MQ Central and re-listen to the blessed instructions. Took forever as it won't let you fastforward to the part of the instructional that you need. Don't guess their keystroke monitoring cares about that, nor the time I wasted having to do it (yet again). ...

Is this thing a joke? Who monitors this stuff? I got my scores and got a 1.0 on highlighter usage. I use it all the time! I then got a 5.0 for speeding up playback. I never do that! Also got 1.0 for using arrows, Ctrl, Alt, etc. I use them all the time too. What is the point of this? ...

I scored low in everything - key strokes, playback speed, editing while audio is playing, etc. Everything they advise plays havoc with accuracy!!!! If I did what they advise me to, I would flunk an audit so bad. I might as well just read the document and edit what looks wrong. Nevermind that reading the document won't do any good because ASR leaves out text, adds text, puts in wrong numbers in the labs, etc. ...

Unless and until I file for unemployment or have a letter from the Q stating a date that I will be laid off, I DO NOT QUALIFY FOR TAA. I was told that in order for them to consider PRE-LAY OFF status, I have to have a letter. I was also told that becuase I only work part-time, and have a 2nd job, I will not qualify for unemployment, so I will not be able to qualify for TAA even if I get laid off.
