Updated Fluency - Short again

Don't you just love (ha) this new fluency putting in even our subheads now taking away yet more line. I just did 3 reports, used the old way of counting and boy is it a bit short because all my red heads, subheads, were in already, what a way to make us get yet a smaller payck. Way to go MM.

Maybe that's why I can't break 135 lph the past several days. - hmmm

Are you on Fluency 7.3 or 7.2?

black characters, at least that's what I was told when I worked there.

So the headings are all there for you and they are actually all correct? Wow, the VR must of gotten better since I left either that or that was one heck of an upgrade.

and my super ignored by ? as to whether we get paid for red headers and subheads that the ASR puts in. I think they have pulled the wool over our eyes again, my line count is usually 250-325, but for last 2 days 150-175, cannot get it to go any higher. Bums me out.

You are paid for anything on the editing screen - anon

Once you close the ADT screen, you are paid for anything that appears on the editing screen. we have been over this subject a jillion times on this board.

This is the way it is on Cornerstone and yes we still have to edit them. - Check your counts to get your answer. nm

When opening up Fluency, on the page where you type in your pawssword, you will find it. Look underneath the word "Fluency" and it will tell you what version you have. Hope this helps.

Today was my first day on Fluency 7.3. Anyone else notice that it is putting in a lot of "a" randomly? The majority of my reports edited I was spending time removing extra "a" all over the place. What a mess. I thought it would be an improvement with an upgrade, but I haven't seen anything new and improved yet.

Fluency sucks, it doesn't learn, it has gotten worse. I am so sick of just about typing the whole report but only getting credit for editing. It picks up all kinds of background noise and just adds junk words so then loses track of the dictator so nothing he says is on the report. the people who created this junk should be fired and MModal should be ashamed of putting us on such crap to work on

Loaded 7.4 on my own computer. Downloaded and put icon on desktop but I am unable to open it. I sometimes will have this problem if I load links from MM through IE. I used Chrome and FireFox but still unable to open... Spoke to techs in India and they said it is because I'm using my own computer and to contact a domestic tech through my TSM.
