My husbands insurance has a 10,000 deductible for the two of us, and it costs us 90.00 a week for the premium!

If I could work full time, I would be jumping for joy over that deductible.

5000 deductible is really catastrophic-only insurance. Unless - sm

you have to have a major surgery or major event, you're not going to meet that deductible in the average year. So, yes, I'd be complaining about it. Why not at least offer a plan with a normal deductible that we can actually use? The two company I worked at before we were taken over by this one offered $500 and $1000 deductible plans.

They were just using that number as an example for the six-month example. They later said $500 (woohoo!) and copays are back!!

I can't afford to pay the percentage when I go to the doctor because I have health issues (lupus & sjogren's), which they have to do lab work regularly for, and then I have other problems popping up every time I turn around and sometimes need x-rays, etc. I am so hoping what I heard is right (copays & smaller deductible). 3 more days and we will see!

Be honest, this last health insurance was awful; one choice, high deductible, high cost. It was so bad that anything they offer this year is going to look amazing. I guess they realized that at McDonalds wages we can't afford $500 for a family plan with a $36,000 out of pocket expense. It sounds like they are offering the same plan we had before which was not bad.


This truly begs the question- was it worth it for them to offer lousy insurance for a year and watch everyone drop coverage or struggle beyond belief to even pay the premiums? Then they offer the same plan and act like they are doing us a huge favor. My favorite part of the webinar was the comment about smoke and mirrors. Have we seen the "enhanced compensation" plan yet? How do we know they aren't "realigning wages" to compensate for the "new but old" benefits? We don't.

I am really really really (times pi) sickened but I figure if I write it here I can go to work and try to hang in there. I got the quarterly bonus and qualify for most times the weekly ones (depending on OOW situation and or if there are so many ESL a week I can't get the goal lines). Anyway, I have this high QA score on my weekly time sheet which is figured quarterly. Now, for the past 2 weeks, I am informed by TL that my quality is 98.6%, that I have in excess of 50, yes 50 critical error ...

I caannot get my Windows Media to work or whatever is used to hear QA reports in DQS.  A black screen comes up but tells me the file is opened elsewhere.  I always was able to listen to reports that had been Q/A'ed in the past.  Has anyone had a problem like this?  I dread having to call the tech support as I can hardly hear them or understand them.  Thanks for any help. ...

I am considering requesting this pay which (depending on the state) considers us to be on-call and must be paid for part of our shift if no work. I have had it up to here with Nuance and running out of work, adding more and more accounts and STILL no work. Got a second job and STILL being screwed by Nuance in the sense that I cannot rely on my first job (income wise), because when there is enough work they manage to screw my cpl with their lovely FIESA, then as soon as I have no errors the work ...

Because I need my job I bite hard everyday to continue with MQ. Being an MME is horrible when you are paid 3 cpl to full listen ILP.  I get paid more to ME my own ASR reports which take me sometimes just as long.  Each time the situation is mentioned on how unfair it is to only get 3 cpl to full listen ILP reports we are always told that it really isn't that many reports....funny I did over 90 of them in a pay period and they aren't short reports ever always long... ...

Holy Crow....I knew there were changes made, but didn't think that everything changed.  Nothing on the screen looks the same, starting with the log-in screen which is the only thing that looks simple to use.  There are stupid panels everywhere, top, bottom, left side, right side, and the poor text screen is kinda squished in the middle.  It looks waaaay more complicated than how it is now.  I just want to cry.  I really had no idea that it is basically going to invo ...
