Dear Nuance: Have you been reading ANY of these posts? Do you see the discontent? Do you feel the anger and worry you see on this page? Or are you too busy driving your nice cars and eating in fine restaurants to worry about the people who actually make the money for you?
I know I'm ridiculous for just wondering if you feel even the smallest twinge of guilt,but I like to think that people still have some humanity left. Do you think about the families that, at Christmas, didn't have anything under the tree because they couldn't afford it? Does it come into your mind that there are parents lying awake in bed wondering if they can make their mortgages now? Do you even give them a second thought? Just for a nanosecond?
Why have YOU not addressed your disgruntled employees? Why have you not eased their concerns and fears? Why have you put the TSM on the frontline to be the bad guy? Good business would be answering the questions, reassuring your employees. And yet, all we get are cut-and-paste answers that do nothing to ease our minds. If actions speak louder than words, I think your actions certainly are saying a lot!
But I keep thinking about how unhappy your employees are and how you have simply ignored it. Sometimes it's silence that speaks volumes. Your silence, Nuance, must mean that you simply do not care.
