Six months ago with the Q, I could easily have my 800 or so in 5-6 hours and generally typed over 1,000 a day. Now, I'm finding I'm struggling to make my 800 at the end of shift, even though I'm doing all the same things, typing even faster, etc. Is anyone else having this issue? I have a huge WE dictionary and all the other little tips and tricks and it's never been an issue before. Thanks in advance! ...

I was recently fired from my MT position because I moved to a different state. I was a full-time employee. I, too, was one of the "account specific victims" at SoftScript. I was fired for a QA score of 90%. This score was from 100% account specific errors (same error over and over in four different reports). Rather than counting one formatting or specific error, they dinged me over and over, making my QA score 90.4%. My question is, when applying for future jobs, if they call SS for a reference, will they tell them that my QA score was that low? I have never in my 20 y ...

I am pleased to say I have found an open door to a job opportunity that is outside of MT work. It is a job that will utilize my experience in healthcare and my medical terminology. A very nice pay increase, regular holidays off with pay, and vacation and sick time. No weekend work. My old computer's hard drive is dying quickly. I need to move all my favorites/bookmarks from the old one to the new one. I've tried import and Export and it doesn't work.
