HI...I just logged in to work and my old e-mail is not working, so I tried to log into the new e-mail and it says my user name/password is not valid. I did send a Remedy ticket and tried to call support but all the lines are busy. Is this a widespread problem?

I had problems the other day too. I wish they would get it fixed and keep it fixed! You mentioned a "new" email. Did they give you a new email address lately?

I have had nothing but trouble since using the new E-mail. There is a problem everyday, and 1 that all the techs say they "Have not ever seen that problem" and don't know how to fix it.

I will tell you that when you CALL 1-800-DICTATE, you will have at least a 10-15 minute wait. I have called at least 4 times, and every time was a LONG wait.

I have had problems logging in to Mmodal/outlook. I called 800-Dictate this evening and there was a recording stating that the "engineers" are aware of the problem with outlook and are hoping to have it fixed soon.

I had the same problem. Went directly with the instructions sent and at the end would not let me end. Also put in a ticket to Remedy and called y'day afternoon and cleared the problem right up.

A lot of the e-mails I get show up in one long line that stretches far to the right-hand side of my computer screen. I used to be able to drag a bar across the bottom to see the whole thing, but now I can't, so I only get to read a short portion of the message. (The bar is there, but the colored part of the bar stretches across my whole screen, so I can't actually move it.) Anyone else having this problem? Anyone know what I can do about it? ...

Does anybody know if there is a bell, whistle, ding-dong, whatever on MModal's e-mail? when one arrives? I keep it reduced on my screen and sometimes I am waiting for a response on somethiing and it gets tiresome checking every 5 minutes. (We don't use IM in the region I'm in.) ...

I cant get signed on yet again..normally takes a while for it to load normally..Then I go to the windows mail (which wont let me send a message) and that gives some kind of message about mail not loading..you would think a HUGE company had a better email system..really not a very hard thing to set up... ...

Not that I really WANT to hear from the Q, but am I the only one who does not have e-mail still? I can log into MQ Central fine, click the "my community" button, and the regular e-mail page does come up but with only four boxes at the top (no e-mail list). Doubt he will even read it but if he does, it was nice knowing all of you. I did not use any bad language, but I did speak my mind. I'm not even totally sure the big picture includes MTs/MEs so I guess we should all be looking to change occupations. Either way, sooner or later I will be hired outside of this industry. Okay, it is 8 p.m. Friday night. Just checked e-mails. Noting my CCM sent one out at 4 p.m. Little concerned as to its content. She stated mandatory conference calls in the next 2 weeks with an "agenda," but will be brief. With what I am reading on this board, I am worried what this might be about. Oh, is the man who cut my pay and sends all the work who knows where? the man, yeah, sit there and gloat. I love the part where he says "ensures highly accurate speech understanding". I cannot access my web e-mail. I believe there was an upgrade happening this week (thought today). Now they want user name and password. from a supervisor with a typo or a word spelled incorrectly or misuse of a word. I want so much to send a reply stating "Failed audit!" And where does the doctor's responsibility come in? I can't believe how poor some of their grammar is and how they mix up genders throughout the report. It's unbelievable how much we have to correct to make them look good. And how many times do they mix their singular and plural tenses? I just wonder how many reports from any given transcriptionis ...
