Lost lines due to DocQScribe issue

I just recently started with a company that I am overall happy with, but they seem to have a lot of errors with their computer program and we lose reports. My concern is that we get absolutely no compensation for these lost reports and are just basically told "so sorry; it doesn't happen often." Just heard today my local town's clinic will be going to EMR in September so those MTs will be losing their job (we are only 2000 people but the clinic is going EMR), another town 125 from me with about 100 MTs have just lost their jobs and a bigger town from there has lost about 100 MTs because of EMR.
