HELP! Just noticed my Kaspersky is expired

Has anyone had the misfortune to call SUPPORT and get Kaspersky re-licensed or whatever they need to do? If so, what did they do? Do they have to access your computer to update/re-license it? I hate having to call them to begin with and even more so having them access my computer. I'm assuming this is something we can't take care of on our own right? ...

I was in the middle of working on a file on ExpressScribe Pro and a box popped up saying that it had expired and that I would have to purchase it. It had said at the top that it was licensed and my name. I was having issues with playing the files and they sent me an update link to fix it. I had read there is a truly free version of Express Scribe, but I downloaded that from their site and it expired after 14 days, before I even got to start working.
