Kaspersky's expiring in 5 days.  I remember reading a thread on here about others expiring and what they did but can't remember now.  I would e-mail boss but she never answers emails so thought I would ask here first.  Thanks and have a great MT day!

Mine expires in a few days also. Email from 8/15 stated functionality would not be affected and they were working with Kaspersky about it.

Corporate policy states if you have a company computer and it stops working you get paid technical downtime until they get you a new computer. I have had it happen to me 3 times, twice with a virus and once the blue screen of death. Pretty nice little paid vacation. Why in the world do you think they are making new hires get their own computer? They hate paying out money.

It is their headache with Kaspersky, not yours. Just keep working, that is what I plan to do.

You can use the new OrgPublisher to find out who is over her - and send email to that person. SM

how do you know who belogns to whom? - does it state order of importance?

Not sure. Thought email said something about being able to see - who was above who. Might just have to look. nm

You need to place a ticket in Remedy - Dinosaur

I placed a ticket and I heard nothing for several days. I then received a blanket email that many people were placing tickets in Remedy and that they were aware of the problem, as well as working on an extension with Kaspersky. They sent me a keycode that would last for 10 days. I received an email today with a new keycode that extends it for another year.

They sent out an email on 08/15. They said they were getting overwhelmed with tickets. Am I the only one who reads my email?

I put in a ticket through Remedy (MQ Central) and they had to take over my comp and make a lot of changes to keep Karsp where it needs to be. I've already gone through 3 computers with MQ-MM. Call or put in a ticket, make sure viruses don't get you!!!

Has anyone had the misfortune to call SUPPORT and get Kaspersky re-licensed or whatever they need to do?  If so, what did they do?  Do they have to access your computer to update/re-license it?  I hate having to call them to begin with and even more so having them access my computer.  I'm assuming this is something we can't take care of on our own right? ...

I have Kaspersky antivirus on my laptop. Kaspersky - Freezes On My Computer

everyday around 9:30 am Kaspersky updates and everything freezes on my computer while it is updating.  Anyone know ways around this.  I called tech support and they said they can't change the time it updates.  This drives me CRAZY!
