Got this email & I'm really worried

They have terminated some office/administrative people and now have eliminated weekend incentives and given pay CUTS to transcriptionists. Work is nearly non-existent. I seem to be spending an awful lot of time in VR documents, so I am confused as to why I am getting paid less for them.
