Did anyone get a foreign email like this? - What the heck?

I RECEIVED EMAIL BELOW. It was sent to my email address by responding to one of my MTSTARS Post.

Hai, I am a medical transcriptionist from Sri Lanka, and have been a medical transcriptionist for the past five years. Presently I am employed as a medical transcriptionist but working for a pittance. So I would like to suggest to you to provide me with medical transcription work. Because I cannot directly get it out sourced from US. So, what I am suggesting is some what a bilateral joint business venture done on mutual trust and understanding. Everything will be managed by you, you register with a medical transcription under your name, but work will be done me for which payments will be made directly to you from the company. So in return you can deduct 30 % of my salary and pay me the balance 70 %. Like the idea? If so please do contact.

Kinda feel sorry for them. They just want to work. But why don't they just go work for CBay? Maybe he/she wants more than their "pittance" of 2-3 cents per line?

A friend of mine who works in a medical office told me this afternoon that they've started getting records that are transcribed overseas. She said the records are done so badly that they can't use them, can't trust that the information in them is correct. When I told her my job may go away soon & be sent to India, she said "it can't!" I am sitting here literally ready to punch the wall out of sheer frustration. So sick of listening to these foreign doctors. Are there any of the regions that are not saturated with them? something like "correction to previous" email regarding line rate increase. At first I thought, okay, that virtually nil line raise WAS a mistake and now they will be giving us a more reasonable raise. Nope, it was the same exact amount.
