The hospital here is hiring kitchen aides with no experience or education and the pay offered is $700 a month more than what they are offering for their MT positions. Kitchen helpers are starting at $2769/month while MTs are starting at $2069. Something is wrong with that picture. I found out today that a local community pays teenagers $11 an hours for temporary summer jobs. Are you making $11 an hour? Apparently this doctor thinks that the new year coming up is 2012. He has dictated in two separate reports that these patients have procedures scheduled for January 2012 and they are in for their preoperative evaluation now. I'm no genuis, but I think I have to make some changes here. My PT check for 20 hours was around 100 less than my FT 40 hour check. I like my FT job, good accounts, great supervisors, but the lines just don't accumulate there like anywhere else I have ever worked.
