No I haven't gotten anything either, surprise, surprise. I thought improved communication was something our new branded company was working on. Looks like same old to me. All this hoopla about open enrollment and better benefits, but no information. When they promised no smoke and mirror tricks on the webinar I didn't think they were referring to not even giving the MTs the information. I am sure the suits and corporate people got everything they need already.

I contacted my CCM about open enrollment and was sent the link to the brochure.

They did what they promised! Premiums are way down and we have copays again!

Apparently I didn't get it either - who else to contact besides CCM

name & password? When does open enrollment end? This place is so disorganized.

username is your first letter of first and then last name up to 10 characters. Password is your last 4 SSN or whatever you used last year. I had to use the Forgot password link because I couldn't remember.

CCM does not send an email usually about - OPEN ENROLLMENT

It comes from human resources. It is on the links on the intranet on the right and on the human resource page, which is where it is every year. The username and password are the same year-round. We also got a card in the mail with the information about open enrollment. I am very excited about lower deductibles, copays are back, and the biweekly payments are down. yay!!

Anyone hear any rumblings yet about Open Enrollment? Last year at this time we were already sent emails to "get ready" for it...so far this year, nothing. I heard that other companies were making the spousal/partner "penalty" for not taking insurance was going to go up to $500! We are now paying $100/month...let's hope that won't be the case, as that would essentially be one of my paychecks. Wonder what surprises are in store for us. Maybe we won' ...

I was on family UHC Choice and now being forced to MS HRA. My deductable went from 1500 to 6000!! Max out of pocket from 5000 to 20,000!! Instead of paying a $25/50/100 copay for my doctor/specialist/ER visits, its 30% after the outrageous deductable. But they cover routine physical 100% and they contribute $500...bah! Fuming. ...

Well - I am finally moving! Started applying to non-MT jobs this week. Have known it, have been saying it, but just could not bring myself to do it. We just did open enrollement for 2014. I now am paying $430 a month for my spouse and I to get contracted insurance rates - because that (and the wellness benefits) are ALL that it covers (not even pharmacy) until we pay $7500 together, then it covers a WHOPPING 75% till we pay $12,500 for our max out of pocket.& ...

Did everyone get the email that said response needed saying we understood? Now no more flexing outside your regular shift hours. If you do not get in your time/lines, you can only flex outside your shift during open flex time, which is Friday 6 pm until Monday 6 am. I don't guess this really bothers me. As long as we can still flex if we don't have hours in. How does everyone else feel about this? ...

for a family plan will be in the range of $48K+ to over $50K per year. The company pays 3/4, something like $36,000+/year, leaving me about $1,000/per month to pay for the cheaper plan, $12k a year, for a policy with $2500 individual deductibles/$5000 per family before it even starts paying, plus copays. I have never seen such a disorganized operation. We've been getting forms periodically emailed. Many forms don't have adequate instructions on where they're supposed to be sent. State tax forms haven't been sent to everyone as they should have been. Some employees haven't even gotten news about what they'll be paid next year, and yet they're expected to choose benefits without knowing what they'll be earning. I have come on this site for awhile, mostly because this is a place where everyone gets what you do and can understand what you're going crazy over. Try telling your neighbor the ESLs are getting to you today and you get what I mean. However, since I have become an MME (in October), this has become a not so friendly place. I love doing QA work. You all have it reversed for VR. Those of us that do the VR editing should be paid the hourly wage, not the QA people! We take this abysmal voice that comes in, turn it into something that can be understood, and is perfectlly fine for the patient's chart, but then you want QA to get a hold of it, pay them $12-15 an hour to make is a pretty report, hey who's doing all the work here! I want to be paid $12 to 15 an hour to fill in the blanks, put in commas, periods ...
