I still browse the site although I have pretty much left the field due to companies such as the ones being mentioned on the company board over and over and over and over ... sorry got carried away. These type of companies are what ruined this field of work. It was a field of pride in your job, worked hard for our money always as we were always paid by production. How is that more and more its required to have a typed document yet our pay has gone down significantly? ?? take not ...

Each one of you have to simply accept that there are others out there who have NOT had YOUR particular experience with the company in question (i.e., whichever company is being discussed). Having a positive experience with a company or simply not agreeing with you does not make the other poster a "suit" or "management" so stop with that labeling. NOTIFICATION OF DQS 6.1 ISSUE - ERRANT BROKEN HEADING AT END OF DOCUMENT Got this email on 03/16/2011 from MQ. All of the sudden we are have an issue with the headings? I've been doing this job for 10 years. I've been with what is now mmodal the whole way. I've seen really good MTs let go or just beat down until they left. I finally did it! I got a bad audit, could feel it coming. I thought it was on one report but it was on several, not from the same account, not the same doctor, etc. I'm still going through the interview process for the job I will probably get hired for, but it still may be up to a month before they make the offer. While that stupid background virus scan is working on all workstations!!! Can the management people who work behind the scene not get it through their heads that this interrupts everything?? Geeze. According to a poster below which has apparently already attended one of the payroll meetings (as the poster posted) for nuance they have decided to keep the incentive part of all of our pay going with an exception that now you have to have over the industry standard of 98% to get a production based incentive. In addition (if this poster is accurate) they have again cut the overall pay from 8 and 4 to 3 3/4 AND 7 1/2. This is nothing but a bunch of crapploa...an MT who is now getting ...
