eMTS/IMedX? no more work...Sm - Disgusted

It has been 3 days with no work and not one word from management as to what is going on. I've never dealt with such a sly bunch as these people. Slow...they don't know what the problem is. Puleez! Has anyone gotten them to admit our work is now overseas in the blink of an eye?

eMTS/IMedix - just a thought

I worked for eMTS from June of last year until approximately March of this year. I loved the account that I was on, however, all of a sudden, work became very low on that acount. I started questioning things then because we would literally sit and wait for work for sometimes an hour at a time. I was put on a secondary account, and that account was horrible and I really was not able to make the lines that I wanted to make. I wondered too, about "the sisters" who worked there and whether work was getting "funneled elsewhere" at that time. When "H" made her "announcement," I really began to start to wonder about things. I said something to a co-worker in the IM system, which was taken the "wrong way," and was subsequently terminated. I really feel for those MTs who are there and unfortunately were unable to really start "seeing the signs."

As has been shared several times on this board in the past Imedx is an Indian-owned company...so why wouldn't they send the work over there if that is what they're doing.

The ones that handled workflow were two sisters and obviously of Indian descent. The account that was my "primary," was also one that could have easily gone to VR. Around the time that I left, they had also started advertising for an account which was both straight and VR, although the MTs that were on the same account that I was on were assured over and over by "H" and "S" that the account was not going to VR. When you go from "constant, unending work," to waiting almost an hour for work, again, that is usually a "sign" something is up. As I pointed out as well in my previous post, I thought it was odd, since this was a "family-owned company" that "H" decided to pursue a different career path. I can understand her wanting to do this, but normally, if the business is successful, then if "S" and her husband had wanted to retire, then "H" would have taken it over. It is unfortunate that this happenened, but not the first time it has happened either.

What we were told is that it was a "partnership". They were just described to us as a new HR company taking over our HR Department.
