TT W2s before IMEDX - Old MT

Has anyone received their TT W2s from before IMEDX as of yet? Can anyone tell me the website where they would be available? I believe it was ADP, and I can't get in there. TIA for any and all help.

ADP site says employer must hand-deliver or mail to you before 01/31/2015.

I cannot access ADP website either. Says to contact your employer!

I have only been able to access the one from Exponent under pay summary for 2014. Our accounts are disabled from PayChex and ADP, so we'll have to receive them through the mail, which I have not received yet either.

I just finished working on this. For ADP, I called 800-554-1802. They gave me the website of IPAY.ADP.COM. She asked me questions to ID me and gave me the sign-on of XXxxxxx (i.e. JSmith or your name)and reset a temporary PW. It then allowed me to reset my PW. It gives access to pay stubs. Paper W2s from them will be out between 1st and 2nd week of Feb. Don't know about Paychex yet. Good luck and hope this helps.

Go to your last check with ADP, and all the gross numbers for tax, income, etc. are there, those are what you would use for your taxes without your W2. Its nice to have the W2 hard copy, but you can use those numbers. Compare to your new pay service W2 you just got online and it will be easy to understand. If you are projecting refund/liability for taxes, you dont have to wait for the other W2, you can just use your last check's numbers.

I will try to make this very clear. If you worked for TT/IMEDX in 2014, you will get 2 W2s. One is available online now, where you go to see your sick pay, etc. The old one from the TT days has not been received yet in the mail and is not available online, as that service is not used anymore. You can get a head start by looking at your last check with TTech, before the buy-out, and all the GROSS numbers for income/taxes will be exactly what you see in your W2 coming in the mail. You can also refer to your W2 online that you have access too, and see how all those numbers matched, the categories, etc, to help guide you were fed, social security, etc is.

There are THREE W2s needed:
1) PayChex while we were TransTech, pay date ending 04/07/14.
2) ADP pay date beginning 04/21/14 through 10/15/14.
3) Exponent pay date beginning 10/31/14 through 12/31/14.

The W2 from TTMS when we were with Paychex (January-March), this one is coming from TTMS via USPS. You have to wait until Feb 15 before you can report a missing W2 to the IRS.

The W2 from when we were with iMedX via ADP (March/April to October) is available at My.ADP.com and/or https://ipay.adp.com using your same name/password you used before. When you log in, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on "download tax statement." The name of your employer on this one is going to say ADP and not iMedX. Why this is, I don't know.

The W2 from iMedX via ExponentHR (October through December)is also available online via Exponent. When you log on, click on Compensation, Pay Summary, and the option to view/print W2 is there.

No one on this board seems to give specifics when they get canned from IMEDX. So my question is this: Can each person who got laid off/fired let us know more details. Were you PT or full time, did they call or did they email, did you have options, or just firing. How many lines did you do per day. What we were told is that it was a "partnership". They were just described to us as a new HR company taking over our HR Department. I hadn't heard anything about people getting layed off, but it doesn't surprise me.
