To Imedx - please lay off more people

It is cruel to let your MTs sit without work. It is psychological torture. Do us a favor .... lay off more people so the ones left will have work and the others can move on. And yes, I know that means me. On at least some level, it would be a relief.

Everything is to their advantage, always. Absolutely no consideration for their MTs, despite that stupid e-mail asking for suggestions about how to make them a better company. What a crock. I have a suggestion..be up front, tell us what's going on, tell us we'll be out of work while you ship everything to India. Just tell us!

I think the employee suggestion program is a laughable joke. They want to act like the problems within their company are so superficial that employees will actually send in, with their names attached, suggestions that actually might solve anything. That is like ignoring the enormous elephant in the middle of the room and pointing to the mouse in the corner and saying the problem is the mouse. Wake up, Imedx ... the problem is the elephant and blaming it on the mouse will change nothing.

Want to change your image and want people to quit coming on this website and trashing you? Honesty is the first place to start. My very first experience with your company was laced with total dishonesty. The Q&A sheet that was provided to all the employees of TransTech about your company mentioned 2 other branches in the US. No mention of the second HQ located in India, as if it didn't exist or something. All it took was a quick click on the Internet to your website to find the "real" information and what Imedx is really all about. What kind of idiots did you think we were? At least you had the sense to finally take that info off your website so maybe you can hide your dirty secrets a little longer from the next company you acquire full of innocent employees hoping for the best.

That with every pay period, the workers that do not make the "minimum wage requirement" will whittle down the groups. Maybe I am wrong, but I am assuming those are the MTs that are being laid off? I would think eventually it will get down to a small group of American MTs to do the worst of the worst dictators/dictations that the ILP or voice recognition cannot do and that will be all that are kept?

I just wish they would do it already.

Anyone else have this line of thinking?

What we were told is that it was a "partnership". They were just described to us as a new HR company taking over our HR Department. I hadn't heard anything about people getting layed off, but it doesn't surprise me.
