TT/Imedx - Eerily quiet

Things are just too quiet. So many problems, and I feel like they just quit talking about them. No more mention of shutting down TT e-mail, etc.

I agree with a poster below who stated she feels like she works for a nonentity.

I realized today I haven't even seen an e-mail from DH in a month. Starting to wonder if even she jumped ship or was told to get off the ship.

Last email I got from her said "Please do not respond" (sm) - me

I know I feel that way, have for months, it's getting pretty stressful. I am trying to hang in anyway, really hate starting all over again, and even with all the changes so far the basics of doing our job seem to be pretty much the same, so maybe T did try to do some good for us after all, maybe putting something in the contract to keep them from just dumping us? Just guessing/hoping that is the case. In the meantime it's almost Christmas, trying to ignore all the issues until the holidays are over, then regroup.

try working for MM... daily updates, badgering, productivity tips from the CEO, on and on and on. Maybe they have better things to do than send out endless emails about nothing.

But then again, I could be wrong and something very, very bad is going to happen!

She emailed 9 days ago, on how the accounts are all messed up. Hum, burnin up sick pay that does not roll over and using all but 16 hours for PTO by year's end, maybe that's why every acct seems out of TAT. Have you woken up to an account being 400 jobs out of TAT? I heard that one today through the vine.

When you lose also staff week by week, that is another example. HR was the first hit on my job several years ago, and I hear that MN is no longer in HR.

I haven't received any IMEDX email for about 10 days. Last thing received was a QA note telling me not to do something that TT QA told me to do. Sent the discrepancy to IMEDX QA and haven't received another email since. Still get TT email daily.

I didn't get any notice that things were going to be shut down today. Only thing today was an update on account jobs, how many, etc. Nothing about Outlook being shut down. Who sent your notice? Account mgr or somebody higher up? Only thing in imedx email was 2 test emails.

Mine was the first line of an - account update.

My lead didn't say anything. Not sure if she knew or chose to say nothing. Only got one email in the new system from anybody associated with TT & that was awhile ago.

The supes had NO idea, as soon as I got the first error about TT email I asked and they said they thought the server was down. This was clearly another Imedx gotcha. Seems like they drop some kind of bomb about every 3 weeks, I guess they were due. Would have been nice if the emails from Imdex support had said something like TT email shutting down, but the 2 I got from them only said ignore. They really make it hard to stay positive!

Were you PT or full time, did they call or did they email, did you have options, or just firing. How many lines did you do per day. What we were told is that it was a "partnership". They were just described to us as a new HR company taking over our HR Department. I hadn't heard anything about people getting layed off, but it doesn't surprise me. We just elected our health benefits with United Health Care and now they want us to they want to choose health plans all over again with Aetna!! ...
