Looking for current information on TTS please (sm) - anon

Have read the archives but most of it is from 2009 and older, a few posts in 2010 but really hoping to find out more current information. They are offering IC status but then list the shifts that they expect you to work??? How is the pay, platform, volume of work, managers, communication, you name it, I would like to know it. :)

I worked there for only two months just recently. I never once worked a full 8 hour day due to lack of work. It took them almost two months to set me up on a secondary account, and guess what, that account had hardly any work as well. I even worked the afternoon/evening shift and ran out of work every hour. I was hired as an "IC" but they gave me a schedule I had to work and required me to work one weekend day. Hardly an IC schedule if you ask me.

Based on my experience working for them, (albeit very limited - see below for reasons why) I would definitely not recommend TTS. It took them about a month to get me set up and it was a complete nightmare and just not worth it - especially for the pay, which is low to average! The platform I was trained on was very cumbersome. Volume of work - you will run out. Communication - yes, which was about the only thing I liked about the company. I only worked there for a short time and that was too long. You really might want to try elsewhere.

I've worked at TTS for over a year and love it. I ran out of work some during the Christmas holiday, but I think that's the norm in this business. Communication is great. They will expect you to adhere to your schedule.
