Looking for current information on Breitner, know they do not advertise much, any information about platform, line rate, etc, appreciated. TIA

I work for them, and I know they are currently trying to hire new people. Plenty of work most of the time, I work on Voicescribe and it's about 85-90% VR. Pay about the same as everywhere else. They basically leave you alone to do your work, but are available if you need help or have questions.

Could I also please ask what is the insurance monthly for the employee? Do they have a punitive QA system like Nuance and the other large MTSOs? What is the required daily lines or LPH? Thank you

I don't have insurance through them so not sure on that. They do not have punitive QA,they do random QA checks sporadically and will just let you know if there are any errors. LPH varies by account, on my account it is minimum 250 LPH on VR.This account is clinical work, so I'm not sure about acute care.

Worked there a couple years ago for 15 months. Had great account, but they refused to let you log in outside of your shift, saying you would take other's work. Never heard of that attitude before. Six months before I quit, half of the work in the escription queue would just disappear off screen during my shift, all at once, about 20+ jobs, thus I began to run out of work. After arguing about how I was supposed to get my line count and what was happening several times, they finally said it was another vendor, but still wouldn't let me work extra. I asked for another account and got one with about 80% terrible accents (oh thanks a lot), but I consider that torture and nobody pays enough to do that unless it is hourly , so I finally quit, but they were a good employer as far as pay rate and direct deposits on time, so I would recommend them and maybe the restriction has changed or it was just that boss because you never know?
