I am thinking about interviewing with them. Does anyone have any info they could share with me? Thanks.

Several of us are struggling with low work, but then there are MTs on here that have plenty. It all has to do with the team and the account.

I definitely am struggling with low work and have been since around November. In the last week, it started to pick up a little, but it's still low. For the most part, I like my accounts, but I don't know how much longer I can go like this.

Well, if they are still using some of their humiliating language in their QA's you probably would not be happy there. Commas can take you down, subjective as those are. If you do not bring your rating back up to 98-100 you will be subjected to disciplinary action (their words not mine). Really, this a most unprofessional manner in which to address those who butter their bread. Perhaps they think it is okay to copy rhetoric that is prevalent in the industry, but it is dehumanizing. It is your choice. Some of the people are quite nice and pay is on time. Maybe they have cleaned up their QA language since I was there.

I'm shocked at some of the emails I get regarding QA. They are just downright mean and totally uncalled for. And you can't look at your reports either, I don't like that. I want to be able to see the report and that's not possible on my team. I don't trust them one single bit either. I already got another job and am working both since I lost so much money in the past few months.

I'm interviewing tomorrow morning with Amphion. Even after all of these years in the MT business, I admit that while I'm excited, I'm also a bit nervous. Logged on and saw a recent post from someone saying they have an upcoming interview with Webmedx and Medquist and are wondering which is the best company. My jaw just dropped. This story has been popping up in the news lately, and I find it very distressing! How low will a company stoop to find a way to practice hiring discrimination? Imagine yourself interviewing in an office or on the phone, and they ask if you use Facebook, Twitter, etc., and request you to hand over your password! Would you do it? I sure hope not! Got a call from Axolotl today about interviewing. Have heard good things in the past, but saw they were just acquired by another company. Any current employees with advice? Pay rates/platform? Is it straight MT or do they have VR also? Affordable benefits? Would appreciate any information. Anyone ever get fired from Amphion for not meeting line requirements? I work for them FT or more as needed and have yet to make the 12,000 line requirement. I've been with them for 6 months now and have not heard a peep about it. My QA is meeting requirements and my attendance is excellent, but I have yet to make the line count. My small local service was recently bought by another small service. Love my job, but there's no work available. I've been offered & am considering trying part-time with Amphion just to make ends meet.
