Anyone ever get fired from Amphion for not meeting line requirements?

I work for them FT or more as needed and have yet to make the 12,000 line requirement. I've been with them for 6 months now and have not heard a peep about it. My QA is meeting requirements and my attendance is excellent, but I have yet to make the line count. I've switched my schedule, asked for another team, another account, work extra, racked my brain, all to no answer or just "no". I'm not sure what to do anymore. I've heard that no news is good news as far as not getting in trouble with your team (duh) but I'm afraid 1 day I will get an email or phone call that they have no use for me anymore b/c I'm not making line counts.

Just wondering if any ex-Amphion MTs have gotten fired for not meeting line counts and what happens (besides getting fired)?

I don't have an answer to your question, but I would hope they wouldn't. Do you do editing? I work PT and have more than 12,000 lines so far in this pay period. The reason I ask is because prior to about 2-3 weeks ago I would not have met my line counts either if they had not switched me to a different account. I was editing on an acct with reports usually less than a minute or having to split jobs all of the time. I actually was ready to quit because I felt like I was wasting my time. I'm fairly new also, about 9 months. Keep asking to get moved to a different account. I wish you the best. Keep trying:)

I'm FT, close to 40 unless OT is approved, which is hardly ever. I work everyday but Sunday. Fri/Mon are usually slammed too.

I'm only ONE account, ONE team. I've asked for another account and/or another team and was told more than once that I need to learn this account first, hello...it's been 6 months, I know this account. I don't know what else to do. Part of it is the fact that I go at least 1 hour a day with no work and have Triton issues everyday, which are not fixed yet, no matter how much tech support helps me. I lock up for an hour on any report longer than 10 minutes and if it's a typing one, forget about it. I'm averaging 35 jobs a day, like today with 0 jobs in the pool, but yet on days where it has 50 jobs in the pool, I'm slower. I don't get it. My slowest day is 5-10 jobs and my busiest day so far as been 60+ jobs. I'm doing the shortcut keys too.

I'm at my wits end and am ready to quit before they fire me, kind of like a preemptive strike. I get good reviews from QA and the leads, but no line count met to date. Maybe this job is just not for me :-(

If you can ... beg to get on SCRMC. They send the easy doctors and their account specs aren't too hard (I know I set them up with the account in the first place). They keep sending a ton of work (though it does come in spurts usually in the morning and slows around Holidays). Good luck. I wouldn't fret about not making the line count. I've never worked for Amphion, but all the interactions I had with them were positive and very polite ... though if I remember correctly their pay sucked :(

I would appreciate any feedback on these companies. I have recently applied and tested with both. Any info on VR and TR cpl, benefit costs (for family), how many lines you are able to produce per hour, what the platforms are like, schedule flexibility, etc. I'm returning to transcrirption after coding for a few months outside of the home, but need to return to home as it works best for my 2-year-old daughter.
