A lot of times, people mistakenly mix what they know of medical transcripting/voice, scoping with legal transcripting/voice, scoping. I think it was an easy transition for me, as with medical, they demanded such high standards that transitioning over to legal was a walk in the park. If the attorneys are too lazy to do what they need to make the thousands they make, that is on them. I make my "dirties" as professional as I can based on what is given to me. The rest is up to the attorneys, defendants, and plaintiffs to get their point across.
