At the very least, I would be refusing to do a single ounce of work for them until I was paid up to date. I also would be looking for any way possible to get out of there and find a new job that doesn't employ the idiotic policy of mailing checks, which shouldn't be very hard considering WWD is probably the very last company on earth who still mails physical checks. They are a joke.
