Do they even know? - Me

Do they even know that there is a PERSON that they are dictating to? I have a dr who always says “okay, this is the same patient” like there’s only 1 person doing his work and it all comes in like that. They have no clue, the majority of them. I still, fortunately, make a good living though $30,000 a year less at the highest. That was before VR and we were paid good money and then incentive. Now? You can either edit or you can’t. It’s weird to say it that way but our brains can figure it out or they can’t.
