The reason we aren't getting that $15 per hour is because we didn't lose our jobs due to COVID, then collect UE and high stimulus checks to not work. At that point, the retail stores became desperate for workers. We've always been here at our job. It's been disgusting what they've paid us over the last 15 or so years.
We've always deserved higher wages.
