If you cannot see from the 30 years on my resume that I have been hired time and again, and you feel the need to test me, that says a lot about you and your company. It means you have no respect for my resume or my dedication.
Some of these ads that are condescending and say things like "most MTs fail this portion," is a big NO THANKS! Very unprofessional in my opinion.
I have no time for companies that do not respect me or treat me as a professional. Period.
If I were the original poster, I would totally find their company name on Indeed and put a review about what you have gone through with no reply, etc. At least it would give others a heads up. I noticed companies are now posting job ads there as they don't really have to put the cpl little bit they pay. They post it as 12 or 15 an hour, which is most likely after you've been there a while and that's if you get the same dictators and they have consistent work available.
