I have read many posts here that say some of these companies have you test to get them caught up on their work and have no intention of hiring anyone. I refuse to test under those circumstances. If your resume doesn't reveal that you are more than qualified, then they can go jump off a cliff for all I care.
I am so tired of being used and abused by these companies. I send in an application, and if they hire me with my experience, then I take the job, if not, then I move on. The company I work for now did just that; hired my on my qualifications and if you are not telling the truth they know in 5 minutes if you have experience or not.
For what they pay, for what they expect us to do, no testing for me.
