I tested with ZyDoc about 6-8 months ago and they pulled the exact same crap with me. Leslie sent me the link to log on and take the test, which, as you said, was a royal pain in the neck with not being able to use your pedal and it took forever. I never heard from her again, and I KNOW that I did well on the test. I have over 18 years of experience and could have been a great asset to their company, but nope. She couldn't even be bothered to get back to me with a yes or a no or we'll keep your information on file for the next time we're hiring. She just completely ghosted me after I took the test. Oh, well. It's their loss. It sounds like they do this to a lot of great MTs. I almost wonder if they are using real live files to "test" people when they are in a bind as a way of getting work done for free. Leslie did tell me that I needed to let her know exactly when I planned to take the test because she had to "assign" a file to me and didn't want to leave it assigned if it was going to be a while before I could get to it, which sounded pretty suspicious to me. With the way some of these companies behave nowadays, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised.
