It pretty much confirms what my intuition has been telling me. What a tragedy...really. Medical records are so important. The industry is really shooting itself in the foot and they're going to regret it. I'm sure the foreigners they prefer to farm these jobs out to are not doing as good of a job as native English speakers with plenty of education and experience.
