then there is a credentialing exam to become a Registered Dietician. It's not just one course. You really need to see a vocational counselor either at school or your state's Workforce/Unemployment office. They have a lot of resources there to help you decide what you can and cannot do, and they are very helpful. When I was laid off a number of years ago, I had access to hundreds of on-line courses I could take for free on many, many topics. Make yourself an appointment to talk to them soon.
