What you've learned through your MT course is not a lost cause. Knowledge is power and you can draw from your experiences and apply it elsewhere. Learning anatomy and medical terminology can be very useful in other types of medical-based jobs.

Years ago (like 20), my neighbor wanted to become an MT, took a course and worked for a month as an MT and decided it was not her bag. She ended up taking a few more local college courses and she's now an x-ray technician. She said what she learned from her MT course helped her tremendously in pursuing her current position with the terminology etc. Again, good luck to you. I'm sure you'll find your niche.
