I felt cheated by not being compensated for the time spent waiting in front of the computer for work. It wasn't unusual to have a total of about 2 or 3 hours of my time wasted on waiting for jobs. I wasn't about to make up that time on my days off, so I often went without pay or used my PTO that should have been used for other personal time off. In a real job, they compensate employees for being on-call and available for work! If nothing comes in, they still get paid for their time. These MTSOs take advantage of their employees in many ways..

Sorry your timecard is still giving you trouble. I'm not sure why it's not accepting your times entered.
