Yes, to me it was very confusing when I worked there. What is worse is it is figured in Central time and if you are in a different time zone then trying to sort it out is difficult (at least for me). Then they do it only in half hour segments (at least when I was there) and that is difficult to sort out too. Would spend close to 45 minutes to an hour trying to get it right without getting error messages. A nightmare (at least for me)!!!! Good luck with it! I do understand there are tutorials to help you with it on the site under help but those too were confusing.
