Think of each 30-minute box as just a place that holds 30 minutes of time. If you didn't have any NJA during the first hour of your shift at all or during any other hour while working, then you don't need to click on those boxes. Just use the boxes you need where you had NJA.
Remember, if you live in NY, your time zone in Central time is 1 hour back. So if you had 10 mins of NJA during 9 to 9:30, then pick the 8 to 8:30 box and then go ahead and enter that time in Central time.
Only pick the boxes you need that match your NJA time. You'll get it!!
