When you are on the first or second page where it asks you to type in your times affected, make sure you hit the plus sign at the bottom. It will then appear below those boxes you typed into. When you get to the last page if it says time reported zero, taken as leave zero, etc then go back to that initial page and make sure you clicked that plus sign to add it. I am writing this from memory so hopefully you’ll see what I’m talking about.
As soon as you hit submit, if you chose the leave option that will instantly show on your card as a green line just as it would if you took PTO.
