This is a much-needed warning for all the MTs out there. STAY AWAY FROM SUSAN MOUNCE dba S. Mounce Transcription. There have been multiple posts on here about her and they date back to a few years ago. This woman is a terrible business woman. She is a LIAR, and she's definitely crazy. Everyone who has ever dealth with her tells the same story. She starts off great and then her true, dark and demented side comes out. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of her.
