I have no idea who Lee is however, no, Sue is certainly not doing the best she can. If you mean that accusing transcriptionists of “padding documents” and submitting substandard work and either nonpayment or late payment is doing “ the best she can?” I’d hate to know what you think NOT doing the best she can is. SMH . That’s nothing more than an absurd statement to make.
