Bipolar disorder is not a neurological - disorder.

It is a psychiatric disorder. My point is the word bipolar should not be thrown around to describe erratic misbehaving people. That would be similar to calling people with developmental disabilities retards or people with schizophrenia psychos. It just should not be done. It has nothing to do with moral character, etc. Just do not recklessly attribute psych diagnoses to people who do not have those diagnoses because it is an insult to those people who truly suffer from them.
