I feel I have the right to defend myself here. Lorraine did submit very nice work however I no longer wish to continue using her services for my own reasons. I refuse to bash her on here as she feels the need to bash me. I have always paid my contractors on a timely basis. One subcontractor was paid very late and I truly regret that, and it was totally my fault. I am very sorry for that. I have never left a transcriber unpaid. Lorraine is very angry for being let go, which is unfortunate, but I am not obligated in any way to continue to use her services - it is my choice.
